About this Role As a Client Success Associate you will be engaging with onsite and regional teams to help facilitate, coordinate or complete any of the following tasks:

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct onsite team and/or group training and individual follow-ups
  • Conduct open forums to specifically troubleshoot client pain points
  • Ensure onsite teams are equipped with the knowledge to use the platform
  • Monitoring onsite teams’ usage, troubleshoot issues, and being proactive in providing solutions for your client’s needs/wants
  • Assist Radix Support with problems/questions that require a higher level of industry knowledge
  • Assist Client Success Managers to drive productivity
  • Work with Radix Data Integrity to troubleshoot problems
  • Gather product feedback and assist with product design based on user feedback
  • Coordinate educating clients on new features and product lines

  • 2 years prior experience as a Property Manager
  • Experience with Property Management Software
  • Strong communication skills, particularly with onsite and regional personas
  • The ability to work independently
  • Analytical mindset, problem solver
  • Effective and engaging communicator that can lead trainings
  • The ability to get along with and work efficiently with multiple personality types
  • Project management from start to finish: ability to identify the scope of work, create a plan of execution and follow through with providing results
  • Knowledge of Multifamily onsite operations
