About the Role

The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with a proven track record of executing effective multi-channel programs that create demand and accelerate pipeline. The Demand Generation Manager will plan, create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns. In this role, a strong knowledge of the demand generation programs will be necessary to coordinate and execute campaign designs and follow-up, along with experience in campaign development and lead management. The role will partner and collaborate with the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-touch campaigns that drive inbound interest in Radix and its solutions and drive expansion with existing clients through paid and organic channels, including events, email, and more.
  • Glean insights from campaign plan and actual campaign data drive improvement in execution and tactic selection.
  • Continually analyze and measure campaign performance and modify the structure to optimize results, maximize engagement and drive revenue generation.
  • Regularly report campaign performance metrics to key stakeholders.
  • Manage and drive performance to budget for paid media, ABM, and deliver reporting focusing on key conversion metrics.
  • Partner with sales team to develop and enhance lead generation strategies.
  • Use data and insights to channel and optimize our paid and SEO strategy, working cross-functionally and with a world-class agency to execute – delivering on committed demand generation goals to drive efficient growth.
  • Analyze the impact of your work on key business metrics
  • Accountable for ensuring all campaign leads are tracked, scored, and routed appropriately; regularly analyze campaign performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a digital marketing or lead generation associate with project experience.
  • Proven experience planning and executing lead and demand gen tactics, including inbound marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Understand the pieces of a successful digital campaign and how that process is executed.
  • Experience leveraging email, video, webinars, eBooks, whitepapers, blogs, social media, and press as strategic channels to promote campaign programs and events.
  • Working knowledge of one or more marketing automation tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Team player.
