Q&A with Ashley Hatfield, Client Success Manager at Radix

Tell us about your career before you joined Radix. 

Like many of us at Radix I come from the multifamily apartment industry. Prior to starting in multifamily, I worked on the services side of the industry, offering personal training and group fitness classes to residents. After getting to know one of the leasing team members at a property I taught at, I decided to switch careers. I worked onsite for five years, starting as a leasing agent and working my way up to property manager. I always loved financials, pricing calls and using my analytical skills as a property manager, so joining Radix felt like a natural move to make!


What most excites you about being part of the Radix team? 

The opportunity to make a difference in our industry is one of the other aspects that drew me to Radix. We are offering something that has never been done before and building amazing market data tools for multifamily. It’s all incredibly exciting to be a part of, especially as more users come aboard the platform. Plus, it’s a fun place to work with plenty of challenges to tackle.  


What do you like to do outside of work? 

I’m known as the resident foodie in the office and am always looking to try the newest local restaurants in Phoenix. I’m also a gym rat. If I’m not eating or working out then I’m probably hanging out with my dog.  


Tell us about your favorite hobbies, books, movies, or music. 

Can I list hanging out with my dog as a hobby? But seriously, I’m always on the hunt for new places to grab a bite or drink!  I love all sorts of books and am always eager to absorb interesting new information, but I couldn’t choose one as my favorite. My favorite movie however, is Man on Fire with Denzel Washington. I enjoy all sorts of music and will admit… I’m a diehard T-Swift fan!
